The Mood Report is a mood-tracking concept that exists as both a digital platform and a public display system. It allows individuals and communities to check in on emotional states without using words.
Designed for a fast-paced city like London, the project creates a moment of pause, encouraging reflection on personal wellbeing.
Public displays in spaces such as tube stations and squares update based on the average mood in the area, visually reflecting the emotional state of the community.

The importance of the sky
The Mood Report works by allowing users to take an image of the sky, adjust it to reflect their current emotional state, and upload it with their location through the app.
The sky is used as a neutral visual base, shifting focus from the image itself to the emotional state it represents. In essence, The Mood Report functions as a visual snapshot of emotion in a given moment.
